April Lovett

April's yoga practice was born out of her mothers love for yoga and meditation. She has been practicing yoga since 2004, moving from appreciating the well rounded workout to understanding first hand the amazing emotional and stress reducing benefits that a consistent yoga practice can offer. The transformative effects are far reaching and can benefit everyone. She truly believes that anyone can do yoga and that yoga is not all about flexibility; it is about balancing and healing the body and mind. April is a certified prenatal yoga teacher and mother, and is passionate about brining mothers together through yoga. 


Cornelia Spassoff

Cornelia finished her 500 hour yoga teacher training in 2001 and has been teaching ever since. She is dedicated to continued education in Yoga, having completed another 300 hours iAshtanga, Power and Vinyasa Flow.

Raised by parents who are both medical doctors gave her the passion to study body mechanics, anatomy, nutrition and health to create a blend different styles in a very safe and loving environment. Her classes are intensely physical and internally focused that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. Expect to sweat in class as you build strength, and connect to your core. The practice is founded on the four pillars – Breath, Strength, Integrity and Spirit.


Heidi Hong

Heidi's yoga is a strong and energetic flow of breath and movement that allows her to "let go" of physical and emotional tension resulting in a renewed sense of self and an ability to live harmoniously in the present moment. To give back for the many gifts yoga as bestowed, she shares with a teaching style that radiates joy and gratitude while simultaneously challenging her practitioners to push both physically and mentally into their ideal center between too much and not enough. "In such a fast paced and chaotic world," says Heidi, "yoga provides balance, self discovery and the ability to always find peace from within."

Heidi has been practicing yoga since 2005 with some of LA and Orange County’s finest teachers. She is RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance and will be pursuing her 500 hour teacher training in the near future.




Kathi Kelly

Kathi found yoga about 12 years ago and fell in love at first om!  She enjoys sharing her own experiences and guiding students to their inner self and their own light that shines from within.  She LOVES music so you might even find yourself tapping your foot to the beat while holding your Downdog or humming a familiar tune in your Warrior 2.  Trained at Yogaworks, her class is focused on alignment, lots of core work and blissful moments of silence in a safe and playful environment.  Come to her class to brighten up your spirit and find your inner zen.

Daryl Prietto

Daryl  grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and loves the sun.  She and her husband have three wonderful, challenging teens.  Her interests include organic gardening, nutrition, and holistic healing.  Daryl 
earned her yoga instructor certification from Yoga Works and has a B.A. in English Literature from U.C., Irvine.  She is a published poet, but her muse prefers creating yoga sequences.  Daryl is a shamanic practitioner and combines her training in Pranic Healing, Reiki, Shamanism, and Yoga to assist her clients in the healing process. She also hosts a community dreamwork circle where people come to discover their own “inner healers” at work in their dreams.  Daryl teaches yoga to help people live purposeful, rich, joyful lives.
