Arrive on time
Our doors are open 15 minutes prior to the start of a class. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class. First-timers please allow at least 10 minutes to register. If you arrive after class has started, you may find the doors locked.
Remove your shoes
Before walking into the yoga room, please remove your shoes in the reception area, and place them by the benches. There is a cubby area in the practice space to place your other belongings. We take no responsibility for items left in the reception area.
What to wear
Wear something that will be comfortable for stretching and working out.
What to eat
Ideally you want to have an empty stomach during yoga practice, though we know that is not alway possible! At least do not have a full stomach. Drink water early enough before class, and definitely after class. It is recommended to bring your own water bottle, though we do have some available for $1.00
Yoga Mats
Please bring a yoga (sticky) mat. Your own mat is a part of your personal space (energy) and a symbol of commitment to your practice. If you have forgotten your mat, there are some here you may borrow. Take care of your mat by washing it with hot soapy water as needed. If you do not have your own yoga mat, you may purchase one from us for $15.
Hand Towels
Often yoga classes make you sweat! Please bring a hand towel if you like/need to use one.
Changing Rooms and Bathroom
We are not ideally set up for a changing room, so if you can change before you come to class, that is ideal. We do have a restroom or a privacy screen you can use.
